Mark El-Amm, Associate
Mark El-Amm is a Louisiana barred Attorney and member of Stringfield & Associates general litigation practice and business consulting groups. He will help support the firm’s mission to resolve client issues in an efficient manner while guiding them to achieve optimal outcomes.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining Stringfield & Associates, Mr. El-Amm gained substantial legal experience as a New Orleans Assistant City Attorney in their civil litigation department. Mr. El-Amm worked with a wide variety of clients on complex issues. He participated in several high visibility civil litigation cases, corporate compliance issues and investigatory efforts for individual clients. Drawing on his experience as an attorney and accountant, he has counseled clients on legal issues that range from insurance settlements, contract negotiation to corporate structuring.
Also an entrepreneur, Mark has a strong background in business transactions and laws. His personal business experience includes founding and managing a successful real estate development company in New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as previous work experience in entertainment management. Additionally, Mr. El-Amm is an Army Veteran that proudly served the United States at home and abroad.
Mr. El-Amm is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and is a member of the American and Louisiana Bar Associations. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola New Orleans College of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dillard University.
